“神馬是浮云”，對中國一億多網(wǎng)民而言，這可是2010年網(wǎng)上最流行的句子。這不僅是網(wǎng)上聊天或一般博客里才用的話，官方的新華網(wǎng)一篇報道廣州亞運會(Guangzhou Asian Games)的特寫(feature article)的標題就是“淡定！‘神馬’都是浮云”(Don’t take things too serious. All things are of no consequence just like floating clouds。)�？梢娭髁髅襟w(main stream of the media)已經(jīng)肯定了這個來自民間的詞語。
原本是某位老兄在操作電腦輸入時用漢語拼音的誤操作(an import error)。他本來要寫的是表示人生感嘆(sigh with sadness at the shortness of life)：“什么都是浮云”(Everything flows away in haste like floating clouds。)，可是不小心把“什么”打成了“神馬”。網(wǎng)民們以為這是一個神來的新創(chuàng)意(inspired creative idea)，于是跟風(fēng)(follow suit)在網(wǎng)上迅速流行開來。大家都說“人言可畏”(gossip is a fearful thing)。
“神馬是浮云”表現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代人在生活壓力下的一種無奈(helplessness)和自我安慰(self-consolation)，比如這樣的句子：“丟了就丟了吧，神馬都是浮云。”(Lost things are lost. Let it go. Everything is but a floating cloud。)
